Reading 1: ME++???

  1. As connectivity is the defining characteristic of our current condition, what then can we expect of much needed territory and/or privacy?
  2. As the artificial pulse of time and space increase with newer innovations, have we entered an era in which the construction of time has collapsed?
  3. Existing in networks that produce discontinuities, what is the importance of efficiency, safety, and security at the expense of one's real experience?
  4. As beings who are now able to multiply and distribute our points of physical agency through space and time, can we still consider ourselves as animals? Or are we super-human creatures with the potential of traveling through space and time?
  5. With the advent of "unrestricted gaze," where can we find comfort in personal territory and privacy in the world?
